Our Best Days are SO ahead of us...

Class is once again in sesson at U.K. The Well is about to begin its Fall 2005 ministry and the Holy Spirit has cranked the engine and put the gear in drive! I can't wait to see how the Lord is going to work on campus! We're in the midst of disciple making ministry Y'ALL!!! I implore us all to recognize and celebrate in this! It is wholly and purely God's ministry, here!!!

The Well: Round 1: 'What they won't teach you at U.K!' Speaker for the Day: David Bradshaw - This guy is a professor of Christian Philosophy at UK. When Bill called Dr. B'shaw yesterday to confirm his presence at The Well and the topic, Dr. B'shaw had been working on creating a course syllabus for next spring with the same EXACT name (what they won't teach you at UK). To me this is very confirming of the intentionality of the Holy Spirit in every morsel of this ministry!

The meeting starts at 7:30 P.M. in Student Center Room 230.

Above all else here, pray, pray, PRAY! Pray for the students that enter the room. Pray for the students that don't enter the room. Pray for the Holy Spirit to be welcomed fully and entirely into this ministry. Pray that WE don't get in the way of the Holy Spirit. Pray that we fully respond to EVERY whisper that the Holy Spirit gives us. Pray that the Speaker for the night is fully and properly responsive to the all of God's children within the discussion. Pray that our hands are off of His work.

This is God's ministry and not ours. May it always remain that way! Praise our Triune God!
